Volunteer

If you are interested in volunteering, we could use your help! Whether you're available for the whole day, just a couple of hours, or anywhere in between, your help will be appreciated. Contact us via email to let us know your availability.

Refund Policy

The event will occur rain or shine. No refunds will be issued. We have an investment in this race and in the event of inclement weather, we will have an alternate course. We will do everything in our power to stay one step ahead of Mother Nature, but that is not always possible. If you have any questions, contact us at chspsocial@gmail.com.

Alterations to the course, start time, disciplines and venue (to within a reasonable distance) are not grounds for a refund/credit, nor are cancellations due to bad weather.

Contingency Plan

We completely understand that you are signing up for this race to compete in a trail run, which are typically on trails. However, due to the soil content at Cedar Hill SP, extensive rain and foot traffic may damage the trails. In this case, we will work on an alternate course that will include portions of the trail that may not be affected as heavily by ran and traffic.  But, portions of the run may include the roads or grassy areas of the park. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but know that trail runners appreciate a well groomed trail and do not want to cause destruction for future runners, hikers, and bikers.
